While different “delivered” triggers (e.g. shipment_delivered_to_neighbour or shipment_delivered_to_letterbox) receive events for specific type of deliveries, the shipment_delivered_all_events trigger has all delivered events, irrespective of where exactly the package was dropped off. You can imagine this trigger being an umbrella trigger of all “delivered” cases. This one is most suitable for post-purchase flows that e.g. ask the customer for a review and where it is important, that the email is only sent out to the customers that actually received their order.
